We would like to give you a glimpse into who these employees are, and how their expertise translates into success for our partners.

Becca Moran discusses what she does at ºÚÁÏÊÓƵ, why she loves it, and how the Enrollment Advisor role is integral to student satisfaction:

What are your key responsibilities as an Enrollment Advisor?

As an Enrollment Advisor, I speak to prospective students who are looking to further their education, and I help those students choose the right educational track to meet their goals. I support students from the first call they make, looking for information on a program until they start classes. This consists of reaching back out to students, walking them through the admissions process, ensuring that they stay on track throughout the enrollment process and keep committed to completing their admissions requirements.

What kind of skills do you need to be an Enrollment Advisor?

The skills I’ve found to be most important are communication, organization, and time management. Being able to communicate effectively is key because I am talking to students every day, helping them open up about what’s important to them, their goals and motivations. It’s important that you’re able to listen to what they’re saying as well as what they’re not saying. It helps to be a people person! And because you’re talking to so many students, and getting to know so many individual stories, it’s also important that you’re organized and able to manage your time – that’s the best way to manage relationships with a high volume of students.

Why is your role important at ºÚÁÏÊÓƵ?

As an admissions representative, I act as the face of our partner schools. I am one of the first people that students looking to change their lives through education talk to – often one of the first people that encourages them tells them they can do it. In admissions, I also get to work with other departments like marketing and student success. We collaborate and work together to help improve our relationships with our partner universities.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

Being in this role is such a rewarding experience. I am able to help students achieve their goals and change their lives. It truly makes me feel like I am making a difference in the world.

What do you enjoy most about working at ºÚÁÏÊÓƵ?

Being part of a growing, innovative company is exciting! I feel I truly get to impact students’ lives while also helping the company grow. The collaboration here is great, and my colleagues are a huge part of my success and enjoyment in my role as an Enrollment Advisor.Â
